If you are a FOOD VENDOR, you will need to complete the Food Vendor Qualification Packet  and send it to the City of Grand Junction Parks & Recreation Department, which is the Clearing House for all Mesa County municipalities.   Once you are approved, your company name will be posted on the GJ Parks & Recreation website as being a qualified vendor.  You will NOT have to repeat the process for any other local events in which you participate.

This move is to simplify and standardize the process for all food vendors who wish to participate in the county.

If you are a new or returning food vendor, just print out our 2023 Vendor form and fill it out checking all the appropriate boxes that apply to you.  Attach your check in the appropriate amount and  drop it in the mail to our Palisade Post Office Box 1105

You will submit copies of  all state, county and local licenses in the permitting process with GJ Parks & Recreation Department, so we will not need those documents for Food Vendors.

NOTE: If you have a Town of Palisade business license, just fill in your number. If you DO NOT have a license with the town,  just mark that box and include a fee of $10 in the amount of your check to the PIHF and we will remit the payment for you.
